Certificated Enforcement Agents

We are looking for self-employed Certificated Enforcement Agents with a High Court Enforcement background.

Locations

We are looking for enforcement agents to cover these areas:

• London
• Birmingham
• Manchester

Duties

Main duties to include executing High Court writs of control, possessions and eviction orders for clients and claimants in person. Interesting and varied work. We need candidates who are driven to succeed.

Skills

We are looking for enforcement agent who are:

• Confident and self-motivated, with good negotiation skills
  
• Able to travel and work unsociable hours, early mornings and weekends
  
• Persuasive and disciplined and able to deal with difficult people calmly and professionally
  
• An excellent ability to communicate clearly, positively and effectively
  
• Ability to complete detailed reports and keep accurate records

Remuneration

We operate a commission and target/bonus scheme with excellent rates paid.
