- County Court Administration Orders
- Magistrates Court Fines
- CSA liability orders
- Tribunal Awards

Information that is held on the register
The detail held on the register include the name, address and date of the judgment along with the name of the issuing court. The creditor details are not provided.
When judgments won’t appear
A judgment won’t appear on the register if the debt is paid within a month of the judgment being issued.
Removal of judgments from the register
Judgments are removed from the register in the following circumstances:
- The debt was paid in full before the court date
- The judgment was paid in full within a month of the judgment being issued
- There was an error
- Six years have elapsed since the judgment was issued
The only person who can request the judgment is removed is the debtor named on the judgment and this must be done via court application.
Consequences of being on the register
If a debtor is named in a judgment held on registry trust, then it can have implications on their ability to obtain credit because it will adversely affect their credit rating. This can have a huge impact on mortgage applications and applications for credit cards and car finance. The bigger picture is that any credit that is available to them will come at a high cost as they will be viewed as high risk when it comes to repayment.
