Just a note to thank you for the great service last Friday. Despite the short notice the travellers were moved-off without incident to the relief and satisfaction of the County Council, school and local residents. I've subsequently been approached by our neighbouring council and the local police, who have asked how we resolved the matter so quickly (bearing in mind that it had taken the district council c. 2 weeks to move the same travellers from a site 2 miles down the road).

I had the pleasure in working with John from your office over the weekend. He was called to serve notice to some travellers. He was very professional, contacted me to update on the situation and put my mind at rest. Not only was he able to remove the travellers but also followed through to assist me on securing the site to prevent them returning. I was very surprised to receive a message from him later in the week to check that everything was alright, as this is above and beyond what I would have thought to have happened.
